Get to Know How we started.

In 2023 'Mubende Orphanage Foundation' was created. I the founder, saw a need in my community, where I wanted to create a charity to improve the population’s livelihood. I saw vulnerable populations, families going hungry, people needing housing, orphans needing a safe place to sleep. Elderly need someone to look out for them and the lack of childcare, because people need to work. Anyone who needs help, I wanted to give them support and have light in their future, while enriching their lives. Many people think that charities spend a lot on administration costs. I wanted to make sure that 100% of the donations that are given are used for Ministry projects and programs. My team and I do all the ministry work voluntarily.

We are a small community charity that passionately believes every child has a right to a happy, healthy and positive childhood. We have been supporting HIV/AIDS-orphans and vulnerable populations in Mityana, Uganda.

Our MISSION

We exist to help and improve the lives of the poor kids and needy by providing them with basic needs and also emotional support in order to turn them into useful citizens..

Mubende Orphanage Foundation carries out various activities to help make this world a better place for the unfortunate and continue with us to explore our adventures. Above 60% of Ugandan children don't go to school because of their income shortage and those who attend are sponsored by both government and non government organisations. .
